1. Usage and property rights

(a) The software remains the property of the author. The author grants the authorised and registered USER
of this software (hierinafter called USER) the right to use the software after he or she has paid the license fee.
Should the USER fail to pay the license fee within fourteen days, he or she shall lose his or her usage rights to
the software and is required to return the software to the author (if obtained directly from the author).
(b) The registered USER of the software is entitled to install the present software on a PC and to make a
security backup of it. Use on several PCs or in a network is prohibited unless this has been expressly permitted
in writing. A USER is authorised through payment of the license fee.
(c) The distribution of the unlimited full version via electronic and other media is prohibited. All sound files are
protected by copyright and may only be used in connection with this software.

2. Sale to third parties

The USER is authorised to sell or pass on the software to a third party under the condition that he or she
removes it completely from his or her computer and all backup copies are either destroyed or passed on the
same third party. The program may only be sold or passed on complete. It is expressly prohibited to pass on
program sections or individual files.

3. Liability

The author shall not be liable for damages of any kind which result from use of this software.

4. Miscellaneous

Retro-engineering, decompiling or any other form of alteration of this program is not permitted.
Attempts to decode internal passwords represents an infringement of copyright which will be prosecuted.

5. SHAREWARE-VERSION

The limited shareware version may be tested without time restriction.

The limited shareware version may be freely distributed on condition that no changes are undertaken on any
of the files. Furthermore, only the program in its entirety may be passed on. It is expressly prohibited to pass
on individual parts of the program or individual files.
The shareware version may be distributed on CD-ROMs or similar media as part of shareware collections,
magazine offers etc.

The points 3) and 4) apply fully to the shareware version.
